| 2 night minimum (usually): Thursdays before a weekend I willl book a one night if a cabin still is not booked for the whole weekend. Holidays have longer minimum night stays. |

| Cancellation/refund policy: A minimum 10% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. A 30 days notice is required for a full refund, less the processing fee. Every effort will be made to rebook days that are cancelled in less than 30 days from the arrival date. When days are rebooked, a refund of 90% of the lesser of the original rate or the rebooked rate will be given. |
